As Product Trainer, you are the driving force behind high-quality learning experiences across wholesale partners, translating our client’s brand, innovation, and product excellence into impactful training that inspires store staff and strengthens sell-out. Operating at the core of our field execution, you bring our client to life in every store you touch: building advocacy, deepening commercial understanding, and ensuring that wholesale partners are fully equipped to deliver a best-in-class experience in store. Job Purpose: As Product Trainer you deliver high-impact physical and virtual training sessions, strengthens relationships with wholesale partners, and ensures consistent adoption of brand standards across assigned markets. Acting as the face of the client in the field, you connect training delivery with commercial outcomes, driving brand credibility, elevating retail execution, and contributing to measurable business results.This role blends expert training delivery, strong account understanding, and on-the-ground presence to ensure each store is confident, informed, and ready to represent our client at the highest level. Key responsibilities: Deliver client created training content, physical and digital, with strong preparation, product expertise, and execution excellence. Plan and manage training journeys and account priorities to align with commercial goals and seasonal focus. Lead in-store Wholesale Partner sessions and participate in market activities or events as required. Evaluate training effectiveness using provided tools, ensuring insights and clear actions are shared with relevant stakeholders. Drive engagement and adoption of learning and engagement platforms, securing active, well-informed users across assigned accounts. Support wholesale partners by providing knowledgeable and responsive training support, including product testing or events. Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and teams, acting as the client ambassador and the primary training representative in wholesale environments. Foster trust and long-term partnerships that enhance sell-out and strengthen the position with key accounts. Deliver accurate and timely reporting aligned with governance structures and program requirements. Stay continuously updated on client products, tools, and training methodologies via provided platforms and resources. 0–5 years’ experience in retail training, field marketing, or wholesale sales (sporting goods industry preferred). Strong facilitation and presentation skills, confident in both in-person and virtual formats. Fluent in the local language with solid English communication skills (written and spoken). Understanding of how training influences consumer experience and commercial outcomes. Ability to travel across assigned regions/markets. Driver’s license may be required depending on local needs.
