Description

What you are going to do:

  • Take the lead in software design: manage UX from initial problem definition and wireframing to high-fidelity, production-ready interfaces in Figma.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: work hand in hand with local Product Owners and Engineers to ensure technical feasibility and strong product alignment.
  • Bridging the gap with the design team: maintain a close feedback loop and constructive collaboration with the central UX design team in Finland.
  • User research & testing: participate in user interviews and usability testing, and translate complex healthcare workflows into intuitive digital solutions.
  • Prototyping & Iterating: build and test prototypes at an early stage to validate ideas before they are taken into development.
  • Ensuring accessibility: ensure that inclusivity and accessibility are built into the software from the ground up, and not added only afterwards.

Why you want to work with us:

  • Meaningful complexity: we are scaling up internationally. You design software that needs to be adapted to different markets, languages, and changing healthcare systems.
  • Shaping the process: our design team is still evolving. You don't simply follow a rigid manual; you get a voice in how we work and scale.
  • Impact that matters: if our software is intuitive, the workflows of home care professionals improve and real patients can live safer and more independently.

This is you

  • Experience : You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in product design, UX design, or interaction design.
  • Tools : excellent command of Figma is essential for creating, sharing, and transferring designs.
  • Collaborative : you excel in close collaboration with technical teams (Engineers) and business stakeholders (Product Owners), and you enjoy working remotely with design colleagues in Finland.
  • Problem solver : a confident generalist who enjoys mapping user journeys and identifying areas for improvement in the user experience.
  • Fluent in English , with strong communication skills to clearly explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical colleagues. Additionally, you have a B2 level or higher proficiency in Dutch.
  • Pros : experience in healthcare, medtech, or regulated sectors is a plus, but not a requirement if you are strongly motivated by our mission.
