Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

The Product Validation team plays a key role in ensuring CNH’s construction equipment meets the highest standards of performance, reliability, and safety before reaching customers. By working closely with test engineers, technicians, and other co-ops, the team validates new designs, troubleshoots systems, and provides data-driven insights that support the entire product development process.
As a Product Validation Engineering Co-op, you will gain hands-on experience in equipment testing, data acquisition, and reporting while collaborating with multiple engineering disciplines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with instrumentation setup and validation testing of construction equipment
  • Supporting troubleshooting activities for electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and data acquisition systems
  • Processing test data, preparing technical reports, and creating presentations to summarize results
  • Working alongside engineers and technicians to ensure test accuracy, system reliability, and equipment safety
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization to gain exposure to the product development lifecycle
