To ensure a viable, efficient, and reliable energy future for all Job Description Assystem Energy & Infrastructure are recruiting for a Product Verification Team Coordinator to work at our customers site in Derby on a contract basis. You will be responsible for ensuring the manufacturing supporting documentation is conforming to stringent nuclear standards before it is passed on to the Supply Quality Engineer. You will work closely with production, manufacturing engineering and quality. Role details: Job title: Product Verification Team Coordinator Contract length: 12-18 months Location: Derby Contract type: PAYE via Umbrella solution Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Verification of completed inspection process, supplier quality assurance documentation and material test certification and liaising with supply quality engineers. Reviewing and business acceptance of customer definition and format, quality assurance requirements and quality documentation Responsible for Approving product is fit to put to stock, based on a review of standard documentation / Executive System checks Acting as an authorised approver on behalf of the business. Qualifications What we are looking for in the next Product Verification Team Coordinator: Have meticulous attention to detail and adherence to processes. Logical systematic approach. Be self-motivated and able to work alone and as part of a team. Be computer literate and proficient in MS Excel and Word. Willing to communicate with people at all levels and in all departments. Willing to take on additional team duties and support other areas when required. Flexible to work to meet the demands of the business at key critical times. Quick to learn new tasks. Experience of using SAP would be an advantage but is not essential. Additional Information Please be aware that many roles at Assystem are subject to both security and export control restrictions. These restrictions mean that factors such as your nationality, any nationalities you may have previously held, and your place of birth can restrict the roles you are eligible to perform within the organisation. All applicants must as a minimum achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard.
