Shape the market narrative, create high-signal stories, and get on stage (and camera) to make Concord’s product impossible to ignore.
AI is changing how products are understood. At Concord, we’re not just adding features—we’re creating an AI-first platform and ecosystem.
Your job: translate product truth into crisp talk tracks, demos, posts, and customer education that win attention and deals. You’ll be paired with a back-end GTM engineering pod that builds the systems and assets; you own the story, the mic, and the market feedback loop.
This role doesn’t exist in most companies yet. In 3–5 years it will be standard for category-defining products. Right now, you get to help define it.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our AI Product Voice Lead on the front-end GTM team, reporting to the GTM Engineer Lead, you are the external product evangelist. You’ll own how we explain Concord’s product and AI capabilities to prospects, customers, partners, analysts, and press. You will not build UI systems or code components. Instead, you’ll craft narratives, run demos on stage/online, publish high-signal content, and close the loop with the field so the product story. A dedicated back-end GTM engineering pod will partner with you to build reusable demo environments, sample data, and content pipelines.
