YOUR ROLE

As a Product Writer - Insurance Tester, you will be responsible for:

• Testing the Product Writer dictionary, Product Writer configurations, skeleton schemes, RTE, and XRTE.
• Validating rating and product modeling functionalities within insurance systems.
• Managing tasks including assignment, monitoring, tracking activity progress, scheduling, and defect management.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of testing outcomes.
• Performing functional and regression testing to ensure system reliability and accuracy.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements analysis, planning, design, environment/data setup, execution, and reporting.
• Experience in creating test scenarios, documenting test cases, and collecting test data for functional testing.
• Proficiency in verifying test environments, conducting sanity checks, and executing both functional and regression tests.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on clear reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for test and defect management.
• Preferred experience in automation testing using Selenium and Java
