Job Title: Cheese Production Worker  Immediate Supervisor: Production Supervisor  Pay: Starting pay is $21.69.   Summary: Performs all general production activities involved in the manufacturing process.  Schedule: 11am - 7:30pm M-F (+ one weekend per month) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Following established production standards performs all functions of the manufacturing process. * Inspect all equipment to assure proper operation and safety. * Follow operational procedures and complete required paperwork. * Follow GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices), quality control, cleaning and sanitation procedures. * Follow all safety procedures. * Ensure accurate counts on production are recorded. * Accountable for proper operation of equipment. * Report any non-compliant, defective, or sub-standard product immediately to supervisor. * Must be able to operate all CIP systems correctly. * Keep accurate records, run accurate tests, take accurate samples. * Assist in any other areas of the manufacturing plant when necessary.
