Job Description Responsible for scrap handling in the Cutting Calandering Area; Monitors, reports and prepare the budget for scrap; Defines actions for short /mid/ long term regarding the scrap handling for the shifts . Deployment of the objectives to the team and aim for their accomplishment; Defines procedures and assures that standards are applied; Coaches and develops the team in terms of knowledge, abilities and behaviors required; Develops the team in accordance with the strategic direction of the Cutting Calandering area; Initiates, coordinates and takes part as team member in projects; Initiates and coordinates SPS activities; Ensure that cleaning plan and the layout is respected; Provides timely and consistent feedback. Qualifications Three years experience in a similar role, in manufacturing; Technical university; Project management experience is a plus; Minimum 1 year leadership experience; Problem solving skills; Knowledge of quality procedures and systems; Knowing and understanding the tire manufacturing process represents a plus; Good knowledge of English language; Microsoft Office.
