Todd Doors, the UK’s leading supplier of quality timber doors and accessories, are recruiting for a part time Production Administrator Assistant to support our St Albans Carpentry department.
Todd Doors Ltd is a family-run business established in Northolt since 1952. we specialize in providing a comprehensive range of doors to various customers, including retail clients, developers, architects, and local tradesmen, ensuring exceptional service tailored to their unique needs.
Hours: 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday (3 hours per day)
Reports to: Production Administrator
The ideal candidate will be diligent, have a strong personality and the confidence to interact with other departments in order to ‘get the job done’, all whilst being approachable and personable. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.

Responsibilities

OVERVIEW OF ROLE:

To assist the Production team in meeting the overall department objectives by performing the following tasks:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Booking in/out stock transfers.
  • Ordering of department materials and consumables.
  • Logging production work and managing the production schedule based on lead times.
  • Good standard of Excel skills
