We are currently seeking an experienced production administrator to join our manufacturing team in Dandenong, in the short term, to gain hands on experience prior to moving to our new state of the art manufacturing facility in Laverton North (approx. September 2025).

Responsibilities

As our new Production Administration Officer, you’ll be a key contributor to the success of our new manufacturing facility, handling key administrative and coordination tasks such as:

  • Issuing Batch documents for production
  • Processing of Batch records accurately and in a timely manner
  • Create, maintain, and close process orders in SAP as well as preparing daily production reports
  • Assisting with stock management, reconciliation and stocktake.
  • Assisting in all areas of safety and maintaining and promoting a safety culture
  • Providing a critical link between the Production Office and the Production Floor
  • Ensuring all raw material and packaging are available on site according to the production pla

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a production facility support role in a busy environment, exposure to SAP system and have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture. In addition, you will demonstrate:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong SAP knowledge is highly regarded
  • Effective verbal communications skills to build solid long-term relationships
  • Problem solving skills and able to juggle competing priorities
  • Ability to identify ways to improve internal processes
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook & the ability to learn new systems quickl
