JOB DESCRIPTION
New Home Media, Inc., is searching for a Production Administration Assistant to support all production needs on and off site.
QUALIFICATION
· Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar support role
· Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
· Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate needs and address issues independently
· Demonstrates a high level of punctuality and reliability
· Highly organized self-started with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Collaborative team player with strong teamwork and interpersonal dynamics
· Customer service oriented
· Ability to type 50 words per minute accurately and efficiently
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· High School Diploma or GED

DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS
· Organize and maintain files, documents, and records (physical and digital)
· Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondences
· Greet and assist visitors and clients
· Show up on time and manage responsibilities without constant supervision
· Ability to multitask and handle several duties at once while staying organized
· Flexibility to adjust to changing priories or assignments
· Input and maintain accurate data related to deliveries, quotes, production, and installation processes
· Generate, organize, and file order-related paperwork in both physical and digital filing systems
· Assist in the preparation and coordination of scheduling, ensuring efficient workflow
· Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and contribute to process improvements
· Review completed jobs daily, reschedule incomplete tasks to maintain production timelines
· Close sales orders and forward them to the billing department for processing
· Work closely with production, sales, compliance, and print teams to support seamless operational coordination
