WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS A PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATOR WORKING FOR AMFRESH:

  • You will spend the majority of your shift in the Production office completing administrative duties on the computer.
  • You will print and prepare daily management of our Production work orders and input data onto our systems correctly.
  • You will understand and gather information from our Production Teams to provide traceability of products and provide a report on this when requested.
  • You will manage and input data onto Excel Spreadsheets.
  • You will communicate with Production colleagues either in person or through Microsoft Teams regarding any reporting issues.
  • You will liaise with the Print-room and Warehouse teams to resolve any stock discrepancies.
  • You will complete a detailed handover of any unfinished duties to the night shift team.
  • You will adhere to AMFRESH’s standards regarding food safety and quality of our products.

  • Full-time, permanent, and weekly paid
  • 42 hours per week (07:00 - 19:30)
  • Rotational 4 on 4 off days
  • £13.40 per hour
