Description

We are seeking to recruit a permanent, full-time, Production Administrator to join the growing team with our Baglan-based client.

This role is varied and will include the following duties :

  • Accurate and timely creation and printing of product labels to meet production schedules.
  • Scanning, organizing, and maintaining production and quality assurance paperwork in the system for traceability and audit purposes.
  • Supporting the Factory Management Team with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of factory activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with company procedures and policies, including feed safety, health and safety, and quality standards.
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems for production and logistics documentation.
  • Providing administrative support to the Quality and Compliance Manager, including organizing quality assurance documentation, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Administration experience is essential and ideally, you will have experience in a similar role, or experience of an administration role within manufacturing.
