SUMMARY

We are currently recruiting for a Production Administrator to join our friendly and dedicated team. This is a varied and fast-paced role that requires a proactive approach and a strong ‘can-do’ attitude. You’ll play an integral part in supporting the team, often working under pressure and stepping in where needed. Flexibility, a pragmatic mindset, and a willingness to adapt are essential for success in this role.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of production workflows and inventory processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook and other applications)
  • Comfortable in navigating & managing online file systems (e.g. SharePoint or similar)
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
  • Good numerical & Problem Solving skills

Responsibilities
  • Support the Production Planner with administrative tasks, document filing, and online file upkeep.
  • Act as a key communication link between stores, the aftersales team and Planning department.
  • Assist in identifying and reporting day-to-day operational issues and discrepancies to the Production Planner.
  • Monitor and manage relevant emails and Teams messages to keep all team informed and aligned on key communications.
  • Track parts shortages, ensuring orders are placed or followed up as needed.
  • Assisting the accounts department with some small tasks.
