Job Description As Production Administrator your role is to co ordinate, produce and enter production related data from the Shopfloor into the relelvant systems including SAP and Excel Creating, collating, and inputting data gathered from job cards Working closely with Engineering Leads to track and monitor part deliveries, ensuring timely availability of components Managing mould equipment life expectancy and scrappage, utilising information from the Engineering team and SAP Collaborating with the Quality team to prepare daily and monthly reports on production metrics and quality indicators Liaising with the Quality Manager on stock availability, rework requirements, and defect analysis Identifying items for reorder and maintaining optimal inventory levels to support production needs Conducting regular audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement Qualifications Proficiency in SAP and experience using Excel to analyse and present data - Working knowledge of other Microsoft products including Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across various departments Experience in conducting audits and implementing quality control measures - Knowledge of production processes and inventory management techniques Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and take on additional responsibilities as needed Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
