Salary range: $45,000 to $55,000 per annum
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum 1 year of administrative experience required.
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Previous experience in a construction or production administration role is an asset.

· Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Production Coordinator and field staff, ensuring all documentation and tasks are completed efficiently.
· Assist the Production Coordinator in creating project files, coordinating information between teams to ensure deadlines are met.
· Help monitor and manage materials required for ongoing projects, ensuring timely ordering, delivery, and inventory tracking to avoid project delays.
· Provide administrative support to field supervisors, ensuring they have the necessary tools, materials, and resources to complete their tasks.
· Input project data and material orders into the system, ensuring accuracy in reporting and documentation.
