POSITION SUMMARY * Production line in charge to oversee UPS production at Ambernath factory.   RESPONSIBILITIES * Monitor daily plan vs actual output and take corrective action for GAP.  * Resource management – Human, Material, Machine Money * Drive Continuous improvement and Kaizens on the line. * Daily work management and Tier accountability through VOS (Vertiv operating system) * Ensure quality products are delivered.  * Ensure safe environment on the line and drive 5S. * On the Job training to new operators.  * Achieve desired efficiency and productivity levels.  * Coordination with Store and purchase for material requirement. * Problem solving through RCA's. * Utilise lean principle for Waste elimination.   QUALIFICATIONS * B.E/ Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Production.   * Production management  * Knowledge of MS office and ERP system like Oracle / SAP * Interpersonal skills / Analytical skills / Problem solving skills / Team player. * Understanding of Lean principles.   * 3 - 5 yrs. experience in manufacturing Industry managing Assembly line.   PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:  NA TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED:  (None, 10%, 25%, 50%, 75%) The successful candidate will embrace Vertiv’s Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.
