• A minimum of 3 years’ progressive experience in a related field
• Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years equivalent industry experience in Manufacturing / Planning / Scheduling
• 3+ years’ experience in Production Planning and/or Scheduling in the supply chain or manufacturing industry
• Experience with supply chain management disciplines and capacity planning is preferred
• Experience in ERP System along with a high proficiency in MS Office Software, specifically Excel
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment with various constraints
• Experience in problem solving, effective communication and decision making
