Role Description The Production and Delivery Assistant is a full-time, hybrid role based on the Sunshine Coast, QLD, with some flexibility for work from home. This position supports the preparation, packaging, and handling of industrial elixir products, ensuring accurate, safe, and timely production workflows. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with inventory management, organizing materials, labeling and documenting orders, and coordinating deliveries and logistics. The role also involves monitoring production schedules, updating internal systems, communicating with internal teams and external partners, and maintaining clean, compliant work areas. The Production and Delivery Assistant contributes to continuous improvement efforts and follows sustainability and safety practices aligned with the company’s carbon-zero goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in production support, warehouse operations, or manufacturing environments, with the ability to follow standardized processes and quality controls.
  • Skills in basic inventory management, order tracking, and documentation, including accurate data entry and record keeping.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members, drivers, suppliers, and customers, both in person and remotely.
  • Comfort with using digital tools and software (e.g., spreadsheets, inventory or logistics systems) and ability to learn new platforms quickly.
  • Commitment to safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues.
  • Ability to perform manual handling tasks and stand for periods as needed, observing safe work practices at all times.
  • Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain support is beneficial; a valid driver’s license is an advantage.
  • Secondary education completion required; vocational training or certifications in warehousing, logistics, or related fields are a plus.
