Unique to the fresh produce industry, Naturipe is a partnership between four highly esteemed fresh berry growers: Hortifruit S.A., Michigan Blueberry Growers, Naturipe Berry Growers and Munger Farms. Naturipe Farms is seeking a Product and Demand Planning Analyst to help drive data-informed product decisions. In this role you will analyze both supply and demand side trends to help optimize decision making and overall company performance. This role will help visualize and communicate data to key decision makers in the business. In addition, we see this role as an integral piece into modernizing and transforming Product Management processes into a more ideal state. About the Role As a Production and Demand Planning Analyst, you will be at the forefront of transforming data into actionable category insights that drive key performance indicators. You will collaborate with the Naturipe Farms and sales and marketing teams to deliver strategic solutions by leveraging Scintilla, planning tools, and other data platforms. Here is what you'll be doing... · Identify and analyze trends in the company’s sales and production data to provide guidance to decision makers. · Analyze supply trends with our Grower-Partners and their harvest forecasting teams. · Report creation that visualizes and communicates key data points (SAP Analytics Cloud, Excel). · Utilize approximately 35% of time to understand daily execution by the Product Management team, exploring and gaining insights on process improvements. · Help establish and track accountability metrics in the Product Management Department to measure success. · Partner with Product Management and IT to drive innovation that evaluates new technologies, roadmaps, processes, and features. · Collaborate with Logistics to analyze optimal supply chain efficiency in a data driven approach. · Work with analytics members in other departments (Marketing, Finance, IT) to streamline our data and information flow. · Execute special projects as directed. Requirements Here's what you'll need to be a success... · Bachelor’s degree preferred. · Knowledge of Data Analytics and prior experience of 2+ years required. · Advanced computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) required. SAP Analytics Cloud knowledge a plus. · Strong proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, formulation, graphing/charting, linking) required. · Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus. · Proficiency with transforming data into information. · Must be detail-oriented for accurate reporting. · Willing to work after hours if needed. · Able to work shortened weekend hours on a cadence of every 4 – 6 weeks to understand execution flow on the weekend. · Ability to solve problems independently, make competent decisions, and accept responsibility. · Storytelling capabilities to translate data & insights into selling narratives · Must be able to work in a professional, confident manner. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate and interact with upper levels of management in professional and knowledgeable fashion. · Able to travel required (up to 10% of the time) Here's what we offer...
