JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production staff, ensuring product quality, and maintaining safety standards while meeting production goals. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment is required.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and management clearly.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to resolve issues that may impact production efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on production metrics, including output, quality, and employee performance for management review.
