A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Production and Logistics Manager to lead and optimize multi-plant operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in supply chain management, production planning, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing plans across multiple facilities using a Supply Chain Management scheduling system. Oversee material utilization, process flow, cycle times, and inventory control to ensure efficiency and profitability. Monitor and adjust production schedules to align with customer demand and capacity. Collaborate with plant leadership to establish and execute effective production strategies. Evaluate performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Maintain compliance with all quality, safety, and operational standards. Qualifications: Proven experience in manufacturing production management or supply chain operations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Proficiency in production scheduling systems and ERP/Supply Chain software. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required (equivalent experience accepted). VantageClear Certification (or equivalent defense credential) required.
