Are you a proactive and super-organised individual looking for a dynamic role where no two days are the same?
In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the heart of their production process, ensuring everything from embroidery and printing to uniforms and promotional products are delivered on time and to the highest quality. You’ll be the go-to person, connecting with suppliers, the production team, and clients to keep things running like clockwork. Beyond production, you’ll also manage essential office tasks, making sure the day-to-day administration is seamless.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Production: Schedule, track, and oversee all production jobs, liaising with suppliers, monitoring inventory, and preparing job sheets. You’ll be key to hitting deadlines and maintaining their quality standards.
  • Handle Office Administration: Manage calls, emails, reception, and maintain office supplies. You’ll also assist with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and order entry.
  • Support Clients & Team: Be the friendly voice for client updates, coordinate artwork approvals, and work closely with the sales and production teams to support business growth.
