QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or quality control role.
• Strong understanding of production planning and quality assurance practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and problemsolving abilities.
• Fluent in Spanish
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production and Quality Control Coordinator to join our operations team. This role is vital in supporting daily production activities while ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are upheld throughout the manufacturing process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate daily production schedules to ensure timely and efficient workflow.
• Monitor and maintain quality control procedures throughout the production process.
• Conduct visual inspections and audits of materials and finished products for compliance with company standards.
• Document and track quality issues, deviations, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and operations teams to resolve any process or product discrepancies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in both production and quality areas.
• Ensure adherence to all workplace safety protocols and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA).
• Maintain accurate production and quality records, logs, and reports.
