Job Summary: The Production and Stock Control Specialist provides comprehensive support to the Packhouse, Customer Service, and Distribution teams. This position ensures the effective management of inventory and production activities, driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction while maintaining adherence to the company’s business values and operational standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Supply Chain, Logistics, Administration or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in production planning, inventory control or supply chain (manufacturing environment preferred, cycle counts, stock reconciliation, workflows, BOMs)
• Strong analytical skills; problem solving mindset with a focus on inventory accuracy and stock management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
• Experience with SAGE or any ERP system is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
