Major Responsibilities:

  • Preflight customer graphic files to ensure print quality.
  • Generate colour managed proofs for client approval.
  • Configure artwork for production using advanced software systems.
  • Collaborate with customer service and production staff to ensure expectations are met.
  • Edit submitted files to bring them into production specs, in such areas as colour, resolution, formatting.
  • Perform software and system maintenance (Mac and Windows platforms).

Qualifications:

  • High school plus a recognized graphic arts certificate.
  • 2 - 4 years prepress and print industry experience.
  • Large format digital production experience preferred.
  • Fluent in all facets of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Skilled in identifying and documenting file details.
  • Enjoys participating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Above average communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
