Duties and Responsibilities: * Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures * Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements to meet Quality Standards * Proficient use of equipment required by the job function * Adhere to safety, quality, inventory and production guidelines * Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to Production Supervisor * Assemble equipment for final operation * Perform troubleshooting as required * Explores methods of improving efficiency, speed, and quality of work being done * Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions. Education and Experience Requirements: * High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience  * Experience in lieu of High School Diploma or GED include 2 years of related experience required, mechanical experience preferred, blue print and schematic reading preferred. * Previous production assembly experience is preferred * Ability to perform basic math (add subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers in addition to understanding fractions and decimals) * Possess basic language skills (can read/and understand written instructions) * Ability to identify and use a variety of assembly tools and methods * Possess basic/general knowledge in reading/understanding schematics * Understand equipment performance requirements Physical Requirements: * Unimpaired speech, hearing and sight (continuous) * Postural changes such as sitting, reaching, climbing, standing, walking and lifting (intermittent) * Ability to lift 50 pounds from floor to chest high shelving Note: This job description is general in nature and is not designed to contain or to be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities and qualifications required of employees assigned to the job.
