Your Responsibilities

  • Assemble and build mechanical subcomponents such as chassis, brackets, and electrical enclosures based on work instructions
  • Build product assemblies including installation of powertrain control modules, cable assemblies, and frame components involving management and engineering team if deviation from processes is warranted
  • Operate power tools, hand tools, and precision instruments to complete mechanical tasks
  • Prepare product for welding and paint (i.e. rivnut install, grind and polish, etc.)
  • Maintain real-time inventory integrity in ERP system by inputting part usage, work order completion, inventory adjustments, and material transactions
  • Use computers and digital tools to input production data, track part usage, and update inventory records accurately
  • Review production quality including observation of component part fit and finish, subassembly and finished product functionality through inspection
  • Prepare products for shipping; review QA, upload finished product photos, pallet and box preparation
  • Operate forklift (if certified) to move materials and finished goods within the facility
