We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Assembler I to join our dynamic BUS- Production team. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal role in assembling advanced electro-mechanical components and ensuring our high-quality standards are met. What You’ll Do: As a Production Assembler, you will: Assemble complex electro-mechanical components, including intricate wiring and soldering. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and bills of materials. Perform functional tests and ensure compliance with quality standards. Conduct job setups using tools, jigs, and testing equipment. Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and maintain efficiency. Lift up to 60 lbs. occasionally in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Qualifications You’ll Need: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Skills: Proficiency in electro-mechanical assembly and soldering (through-hole and surface mount). Strong understanding of schematics and technical drawings. Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Physical ability to meet the demands of the role. Experience: Familiarity with testing, repair, and manufacturing procedures is highly desirable.
