Title: Assembler
Reports to: Assembly Team Leader
Position Status: Full Time
Pay: $17.00 an hour. 1+ years consistent experience may improve hourly rate.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to read, write and communicate in an effective manner required.
Physical Demands: Continuous lifting of up to 40 lbs., standing, stooping, reaching, bending, and in an environment that can be warm during summer months.
Pre Screening Requirements: Our hiring process includes a pre-employment background check and drug screen. This drug screen does include a screen for THC and Marijuana.

• Work effectively with both verbal and written instructions
• Work effectively in a team environment
• Assist team in meeting goals for set up and reduction of scrap
• Workmanship is controlled and does not produce unnecessary scrap
• Read and follow work instructions, processes, and procedures
• Understand 5S and lean principles and demonstrate ability to apply them to the assembly process
• Assist the team leader with training
• Correctly fill out scrap / WIP tickets
• Cross train on multiple jobs and in different areas of production as needed
• Adhere to general shop 5S housekeeping policies
• Arrive at workstation on time everyday
• Use tools and equipment safely
• Consistently perform error free work, understands quality requirements
• Consistently perform tasks at operator cycle time
• Utilize business reading and writing skills
• Participate in Continuous Improvement Program
• Consistently work in a safe manner
• Maintain professional behavior and attitude
• Other duties as assigned
