Description
Prepare, process, wind, clean, assemble, calibrate, test, solder and inspect diverse types of small assemblies. Work from prints, drawings, method sheets, diagrams, or other specifications in accordance with established assembly procedures. Set-up and operate production equipment to support production goals. Collect, analyze, and report data from production processes, apply basic mathematical and statistical knowledge to collected data to monitor productivity and quality measures. Processes require soldering electronic components. Must be able to read, speak, and understand English to understand oral and written information, safety direction, and other instructions. Excellent communication both verbal and written around text and drawings to perform tasks and clearly laisse with engineering and management as equipment / production problems arise. Able to match-up colors. Basic mathematical proficiency Diligence around intricate details is critical. Manual dexterity / detail work / inspection Reliable and dependable attendance Self-motivated and ability to work independently, once trained. Committed to producing high quality components Confidently use a windows-based PC - Web browser, email, basic word and excel operations. Able to work closely with others toward a common goal. Able to multi-task without becoming overwhelmed. (Running multiple operations / pieces of equipment in the cell) Willing to work overtime as needed.
