Production Assembler Job Location: Brea, CA Job Summary: (list 5 primary responsibilities) The Production Assembler is responsible for assembling machined components to meet customer specifications by accurately reading and interpreting engineering blueprints. This role includes precision assembly tasks such as installing rivets, Helicoils, Keenserts, pressing bearings, and applying various marking techniques including laser, rubber stamp, and mechanical methods. The assembler operates and maintains workstations to assemble, align, and adjust fabricated parts or units according to specifications, using hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment.  *  Assemble machined components according to customer specifications and engineering blueprints.  * Perform marking operations using laser, rubber stamp, and mechanical methods.  * Install rivets, helicoils, keenserts, and press bearings per print requirements.  * Operate and maintain assembly stations, tools, and equipment.  * Align and adjust fabricated parts and components following established manufacturing procedures.  * Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to ensure compliance with tolerance and quality standards.  * Maintain accurate daily assembly production records.  * Discerning quality of parts and materials used in production.  * Support other machine shop operations as needed. Requirements for Success:  * 1 year minimum experience in a Manufacturing facility * High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or experience in manufacturing preferred. * Interpret technical instructions and engineering terms accurately.  * Ability to interpret engineering blueprints.  * Knowledge of assembly processes and quality standards.  * Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.  * Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks and priorities.  * Positive, team-first attitude.  * Detail-oriented and self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.  * Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
