JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to our Operations Manager, the ideal candidates will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by assembling and inspecting products to ensure they meet the quality standards of our Refrigeration Factory.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 6-months experience working on an assembly line.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while performing repetitive tasks.
• Attention to detail to follow directions thoroughly.
• Able to work from verbal and/or written instructions with minimal supervision.

• Assemble fabricated parts and components according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Clean and prepare job materials for production according to procedures.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet the required specifications.
• Recognize errors and correct or seek the appropriate guidance.
• Visually inspect and identify defects for quality assurance.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized workspaces.
