We are looking for a motivated Production Assembler who is eager to build a long-term career in a supportive environment that truly invests in its people. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining a smooth production flow while rotating through various departments to master a wide range of manufacturing skills. if you’re dependable and mechanically inclined we are ready to train you. Essential Functions: Helps to prepare work areas, keeps the plant clean and organized. Works as an apprentice in several areas of production floor Contributes to team effort by collaborating and supporting the team on projects. Ability to work with general hand tools such as: drills, screw drivers, cutting tools and table saws Use a tape measure, micrometers and or calipers Other duties as assigned Requirements Competencies and Attributes Needed: High School Diploma or GED Mechanical and introductory electrical experience is needed Forklift operation Exceptional organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally with other departments Physical Requirements: Sit, stand, bend, and climb ladders daily Lift at least 50 pounds infrequently Ability to wear a dust mask or breathing respirator while performing some job tasks.
