As a Production Assembler, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly—helping move materials, supporting multiple areas of production, and learning a wide range of skills across our manufacturing floor. What You’ll Do: Assist and learn in several departments across the production floor Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely Use general hand and power tools (drills, screwdrivers, cutting tools, table saws) Accurately measure using a tape measure, micrometers, and calipers Operate forklifts (certification preferred Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals Requirements Competencies and Attributes Needed: High School Diploma or GED Forklift experience and certification Exceptional organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with other departments Physical Requirements: Sit, stand, bend, and climb ladders daily Lift at least 50 pounds infrequently Ability to wear a dust mask or breathing respirator while performing some job tasks.
