Importantly, BlueHeart doesn’t require any refrigerants and doesn’t generate any CO2e emissions. About The Role: Support the improvement of the pressurisation station. Currently, the automatic filling station is used to fill the BHE unit at a range of 60-90 bar pressure What You'll Do: Upgrade the filling station to improve speed, focusing on enhancements to the membrane, driver and control box. Understand the system limitations and components affected Align on a testing program to validate the limit of each component Undergo a testing program to validate these limits Use results to update the procedure and improve filling speed Set requirements for the next design to ensure filling speed requirements are met Develop a fully integrated, efficient Turnkey Machine that combines: Integration with the automatic filling station, Connection to the control box, Integration with the safety enclosure, Performance testing, High voltage testing What We’re Looking For: Highly motivated fresh mechanical/mechatronic/electrical engineers who want to develop in our next-generation test rigs Candidates with familiarity with testing for process improvementCandidates who take the initiative to gather information and work independently A passion for sustainability, clean tech, or environmental innovation is important to us!
