JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma, Leaving Certificate, or equivalent preferred.
  • Basic understanding of computer components (RAM, CPU, SSD, etc.).
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Work as part of a team to configure computer hardware and install operating systems on computers.
  • Become familiar with BOMs (Bill of Materials) associated with customer orders.
  • Use SNUC’s build guides accurately to integrate components and configure custom setting as per requirements into a variety of computers.
  • Follow established procedures for component staging, part verification, and basic repairs.
  • Use ERP and imaging software to update BIOS, drivers, and operating systems.
  • Perform visual inspections before, during, and after assembly.
  • Follow and understand ESD safety procedures and 5S principles.
  • Record production data accurately and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Understand and follow the company’s Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) and related work instructions.
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers and management.
  • Work safely and follow all Health & Safety procedures.
