Job Description Inspect product for quality defects and correct errors as they occur Pack, band, and/or sort product into batches, packets and pallets Count trays on pallet and compare with shipping documents to ensure correct count/weight. Document progress and issues/resolutions to ensure proper reporting across departments/shifts Other duties as assigned Responsible for training and supporting new and existing team members. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs. - continuously. Ability to exercise basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to read a standard ruler. Ability to visually identify and inspect detailed product for defects. Ability to stand for sustained periods of time. Ability to coordinate hand and foot movements to operate staple machine. Ability to train on 1st shift Additional Information **CLIMATE CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT** The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $16.00 - $20.40 / hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
