What You’ll Do Open and close job orders in the ERP system in accordance with the company’s policies and practices. Verify job orders are correct in the ERP system and investigate any discrepancies. Verify correct materials and correct lot numbers are being used on manufacturing lines. Print and distribute production schedules for manufacturing Perform cycle counts, i.e. cartons, caps, labels, etc. Assist with training new operators or training of standard operating procedures. Assist with analysis studies and OEE improvements, under the director of the shift supervisor. Perform supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the shift supervisor. Fill in for line workers due to absences or vacation schedules. Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s). All other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager Requirements What You Bring Basic computer skills Experience with ERP systems Ability to multitask Minimum High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, and GMP’s in a food manufacturing environment a plus Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
