JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced Production Assistant to work within our factory based in the Meadowhall area of Sheffield.
The main role and responsibility of the Production Assistant is to assist the Production Manager with the overall running of the shopfloor.
You will work closely with the Production Manager to ensure all office related administrative activities are complete.
This is a permanent full-time position
· Basic Salary between £24-27k per annum (Dependant on experience)
· KPI bonus scheme

· Working Hours Monday – Thursday 8:00am to 4:30pm, Friday 8:00am – 3:30pm
Key Responsibilities
· Health & Safety administration
· Check and prepare the works orders for factory
· Assist with the production planning and job sheets
· To compile and perform final paperwork checks for Quality system (BBA/UKCA/CE)
· Ordering materials, services and consumables
· Organise annual maintenance, services and repairs of machinery and vehicles.
· General office duties
Key Requirements
The successful applicant must have experience;

· Ability to prioritise and manage workload according to requirements.
