Job Description Job Description Hype Tier is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support our creative and logistical teams in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations during production. The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, and thrives in fast-paced environments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience and grow within the production and media industry. Key Responsibilities Assist production managers with pre-production planning and on-site coordination Prepare, set up, and break down equipment and materials for shoots or events Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and supply inventory Help coordinate crew members and external vendors Ensure all logistics and materials are in place for shoots or live events Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment on set Handle pickups, deliveries, and other production errands as required Serve as a point of contact for talent and crew during production days Qualifications Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in film, media, or related field is a plus) 1+ years of experience in a production, media, or event support role preferred Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work long hours when needed Comfortable working in both studio and field environments Valid driver’s license is a plus Additional Information Benefits Competitive annual salary ($57K–$63K) Opportunities for career growth and advancement within production and media departments Training and mentorship from experienced industry professionals Dynamic and collaborative work environment Access to professional equipment and production resources Paid time off, holidays, and additional company perks
