JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be comfortable working with both hand and power tools. This role is essential in supporting the production process, ensuring that assembly tasks are completed efficiently and accurately within a workshop
environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven mechanical knowledge is derisible for understanding assembly processes. Training can be provided.
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Previous workshop experience is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate teamwork.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Assist with inventory management, including tracking supplies and reporting shortages.
  • The ability to weld or take training for it.
  • Driving folk lift ( can be trained )
