JOB SUMMARY The Production Assistant plays a critical role in supporting daily production operations and ensuring workflows run smoothly. This position works closely with production managers, operators, and cross-functional teams to maintain efficiency, organization, and quality standards throughout the production process. Success in this role means materials are prepared and staged on time, production schedules are supported without disruption, safety procedures are followed, and projects stay on track to meet deadlines and quality expectations. Shift: 07:00a.m. - 3:00p.m. M-F ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. · File contract invoices and occupied work order service forms · Maintain office archived files · Compile work orders and invoices to send to contractors · Check for schedule changes and ensure they are adjusted · Administrative support to office staff SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. • None Requirements EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
