Description

About Us
Casa Piñata crafts premium mocktails, and shrubs with real ingredients and bold flavours. We work in a brewery environment, producing both small- and large-batch beverages for retail, wholesale, and events. Our products are inspired by the depth and quality usually reserved for beer, wine, and cocktails — without the alcohol.
We’re expanding our offerings with a lacto-fermented beverage program and the launch of Canada’s first Tepachería, followed by a line of alcoholic products.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with beverage production, including measuring, blending, steeping, and mixing ingredients
  • Operate and clean brewing, bottling, and canning equipment
  • Package products (bottling, canning, labelling, and boxing)
  • Follow recipes and batch records accurately
  • Perform quality checks and record data during production
  • Prepare ingredients (washing, pressing, etc.)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
  • Assist with inventory management and deliveries as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with beverage production (beer, wine, spirits, sodas, kombucha, or similar)
  • Comfortable with basic production equipment and cleaning procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Food handler’s certification (or willingness to obtain) is an asset

Perks & Growth

  • $20/hour starting wage
  • Hands-on training in beverage production — from premium non-alcoholic drinks to lacto-fermented and alcoholic beverages
  • Work on the launch of Canada’s first Tepachería
  • Friendly, collaborative, and creative team environment
  • Opportunities to grow with us as our production expands.
