PRODUCTION ASSISTANT (FULL-TIME)

We are a small food company based in the UK, seeking proactive and responsible Production Assistants to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic knowledge of food production or relevant experience is a plus
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
• Fluent in English with the ability to read and write basic work documents

• Assist the Production Supervisor in managing the production process to ensure smooth operations
• Participate in quality control to ensure products meet standards
• Support warehouse and supply chain management to ensure timely material supply
• Assist with equipment maintenance and cleaning to maintain a hygienic work environment
