Kem-A-Trix Inc. is a specialty chemical and lubricant additive manufacturer serving clients across a range of industries. We are a small but growing team focused on quality, safety, and precision in every batch we produce. As we continue to expand, we’re looking to add a Production Assistant I to our production facility.

REQUIREMENTS

· Good stamina and ability to lift up to 25kg regularly
· Comfortable working on your feet on the production floor for most of the shift
· Willingness and ability to wear gloves, goggles, and face masks for extended periods when required
· A good command of the English language (Written & Oral)
· Basic math skills
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
· Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude

· Assist in the production of finished products following written & verbal blending instructions
· Fill drums, pails, and other containers with raw materials as needed
· Prepare outbound shipments, including palletizing and labeling
· Communicate with the Operations team to ensure production priorities are met
· Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment during tasks
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment
