We are looking for a full-time Production Assistant to join our roastery team in Dolphins Barn, Dublin 8. If you’re organised, diligent and happy to work in a busy and very physical job this could be for you. No coffee experience is necessary.
Production Assistants are an essential and valued part of our team. You will support the daily running of a busy production facility, be flexible, collaborative, and lend a hand where needed. We need a team player with a positive attitude to problem solving.
This job involves packing coffee using semi-automated machinery and by hand, record-keeping, stock control, production planning and preparation, and daily cleaning and maintenance. You will be trained how to run and maintain packing machinery and roastery equipment. This is a physical role that requires lifting; you will be on your feet most of the day. You will also be required to provide cover for deliveries to house and wholesale customers. A company vehicle will be supplied for such duties.

Pay: €32,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
