Job Summary This role involves operating and managing the frozen dough, butter cake, and cake sheet production lines at a bakery manufacturing factory.   PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Job duties include but are not limited to the following: * Operate bakery equipment and Training for staffing employees * Maintain high standards for product quality and follow safety regulations * Check daily/monthly inventory * Part-Time Employee Hygiene, Industrial safety and Commuting Management * Efficient production Line improvement   Qualifications * 3+ years of experience in bakery, cake industry or food manufacturing operation preferred * Bilingual in English and Korean preferred * Communication skills and good teamwork
