JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Well-versed in mass production management systems, including material rationalization, production optimization, and quality management
• Experienced in generating productivity and costing reports for management reviews and line performance evaluations
• Proven ability to lead and drive productivity and environmental improvement projects
• Skilled in delegating tasks, monitoring performance, enforcing discipline, and effectively training and coaching subordinates
• Familiar with electro-mechanical assembly processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Competent in handling customer claims, audits, and certification body requirementsExperienced in managing a production assembly team of over 50 staff members

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Mechatronics
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in production assembly operations and manufacturing management
• Mandatory knowledge in ISA9000, ISO14000 and IATF requiremnts
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and supervise manpower effectively
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to work with tight deadlines
