I am recruiting on behalf of my client in West Cork for a Production Assistant Manager to support team development and drive process improvement within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

• Lead and support production teams across shifts to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist the Production Manager in achieving key performance targets
• Identify and implement practical process improvements
• Develop team capability through coaching and on-the-job training
• Promote a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
• Handle day-to-day staff queries and escalate issues where needed
