ABOUT THE ROLE

This isn’t just a desk job—it’s the heartbeat of our production team. As our Production assistant, you’ll oversee the entire flow of our custom and collection jewelry: working closely with CAD artists, casters, stone setters, bench jewellers, and suppliers. You’ll be the one making sure every piece meets the Kingdom standard: beautifully made, structurally sound, and delivered on time.
You’ll be the liaison between creative and technical. You’ll lead with clarity, solve problems before they arise, and manage timelines and expectations with confidence. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage the full production process of custom and collection pieces from CAD to casting, setting, polishing, and final QC
• Coordinate daily with our network of artisans and vendors—stone setters, casting houses, polishers, and more
• Create clear timelines for each project and keep everything moving on schedule
• Review and approve CADs and wax prints, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with our design intent
• Oversee quality control at every stage of the build—our standards are high, and yours should be higher
• Track stones, metals, and job progress in a clean, organized system
• Communicate with sales and design teams to translate custom client requests into actionable production steps
• Ensure every Kingdom piece leaves the studio as strong as it is stunning
